Ayla is the chief of a tribe that is fighting the reptites, a group of evolved dinosaurs. She respects all people that is strong. Her weapon of choice is her fist even though she carries a club in the remake and uses it. Ayla I believe is the ancestor for Leah in Chronocross because their techs are almost the same.
